| Share Your Lunch is a great way for your office or service club to raise money for Winnipeg Harvest. Last year we moved more than eight million pounds of food through our warehouse with the help of hundreds of volunteers. Cash donations are critical because they help us keep our nine trucks on the road picking up and delivering food. Winnipeg Harvest does not rely on operational funds from government or the United Way. |  |
How does Share Your Lunch Work?
- select one day per year (or more than one, if you wish)
- ask your team to donate the cost of their lunch money that day
- donations can also take the form of food items
- pick someone in your group to promote the event at your office or club
- contact Winnipeg Harvest for posters and stickers
- we will issue tax receipts for donations of $10 or more
