how do I donate food?
Food donations are gratefully accepted at our warehouse (1085 Winnipeg Ave near McPhillips St). We operate nine trucks that are picking up and delivering food throughout the city, monday through friday. Please call us at 982-3676 to arrange for pickup of items which cannot be dropped off. Please see our list of the 10 "most wanted" food items when deciding what you might donate. We accept all sorts of food donations: fresh fruits and veggies, canned goods, dry goods and frozen items. More information on donating food can be found here. Please phone us if you have any questions about what we will or will not accept.
The Food Donations Act of Manitoba protects donors from liability when donating food. Please see our tax receipt policy if you require us to issue a receipt for tax purposes.
